With fourteen years of experience in planning events, Walnut Street offers comprehensive and highly-skilled special events coordination. Myrna Miller, Owner and Director of Operations, personally tends to each event's details. Myrna spends countless hours in event preparation, putting her years of experience to good use, to take the stress off of her valued customers. Turning over the tedious detail-work of planning and event organization to a professional will not only save you time, but money as well. In a nutshell, we take the pressure off of you so that you may enjoy your memorable occasion.

CATERING
The combination of experienced event coordination with full-service catering creates the heartfelt sentiments and lasting memories that keep our customers coming back. From traditional Cajun classics, to custom created cuisine, and everything in between, Walnut Street's delicacies are unparalleled. Some of our most requested Signature dishes include: Stuffed Beef Roll, Sausage Cheese Bread, Crawfish Fettuccine, Chargrilled Tuna with Crab Sauce and Spinach Bacon Spread on Wheat.
After booking your event, our Premier Chef will lend her expertise by assisting you in the custom menu creation process during your Catering Consultation. By speaking with the client directly, our chef will not only learn what the client desires, but can even customize dishes to perfectly match them.

SIGNATURE MENU & SIGNATURE COLLECTION
Our Signature Menu is a collection of our best, original recipes made only with whole foods, divinely inspired and "cooked with spirit". We offer these proven food products at retail a
nd wholesale levels.
Using spiritual inspiration, prayer and hard work, the Miller's developed their Signature Menu and Prairie Cajun Seasoning after reflecting on The Word. They were reminded of their beginning in the food service industry when the grew their own herbs. At this time they were called to refocus on sharing their Signature food products and seasonings through inspirational designs and distinctive "Cooking with Spirit" family traditions.
Called to not only share their God-given talents but also their blessings, a portion of the Gourmet Gallery's proceeds are dedicated to Missions of Charity, a nonprofit apostolate serving those in need worldwide.
With servant’s hearts, we seek to serve God by serving the needs of others world-wide.
